Sorry, we have had a lot of problems with this tool recently - with the amount of users registered, the server simply couldn't handle the load of doing updates for all of those users. For now, some users have been culled and no further registration is allowed. Existing, active users have been left enabled and the rest have been disabled. If you are an active user but have been incorrectly disabled, please contact me using the contact details in the header above. Otherwise, I'm sorry, you cannot sign up to use this tool. We are currently working on a long term solution, which will require more server processing power.
